My name is Chris Buckley, and I am a graduate of the University of Durham with a BSc in Natural Sciences. Natural Sciences is in fact an entirely inaccurate title for the degree; all of Durham’s Joint Honours Science degrees have been combined into the Natural Sciences degree programme. The full title of my degree is BSc Honours within the Natural Sciences programme in Computer Science and Mathematics.
I am now studying for an MSc by Research (again at Durham). I am also a member of the ACiD research group.
Originally I am from Scholes, in Leeds, West Yorkshire. I was born in St James’s Hospital on 29 September 1984 and have lived in Scholes ever since. I now live permanently in Leeds and work at a software development company in York.
